Jeff Philips
Principal
Jeff Philips works directly with clients on issues ranging from the creation and management of budgets and work plans to the oversight of media buys. Since joining ASGK in 2008, he has worked on a wide variety of public affairs initiatives, including utility rate cases, federal regulatory battles, corporate reputation campaigns, as well as local, state and national legislative efforts.
Prior to working at ASGK, Jeff worked for the Obama for America Presidential campaign as a statewide GOTV Director and previously as an Iowa Field Organizer. In that role, he executed the organizational programs in the first-in-the-nation caucus state. He also acted as a field liaison in the campaign’s Chicago headquarters to 15 states throughout the primary.
Jeff also worked for ASGK’s political counterpart, AKPD Message & Media, where he was a Research Associate in 2006.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Illinois. He resides in the Chicago area with his wife.
